Utilizing a 32-meter long sturdy frame, raw stainless steel strip up to 700mm wide passes through a sequence of precision-machined forming rolls. The heavy-duty stand structures prevent strip edge deformation and surface scratching, ensuring consistent roundness prior to the welding zone.
2. High-Integrity Automatic Longitudinal Welding
Equipped with specialized welding torch mounts and stable gas shielding fixtures, the mill delivers a smooth, seam-welded joint along the tube length. The stable 43KW power train ensures uniform weld penetration without burning through thin-wall (1.0mmor under-penetrating thicker (3.0mm) stainless steel.
3. Sizing, Straightening & Automated Cutting
After seam welding and weld bead conditioning, the tube passes through multi-stand sizing and straightening stations to achieve tight outer diameter tolerances and perfect straightness before being cleanly cut to exact customer lengths.
